Rooted in values. Designed for impact.

At Kindred Purpose Consultants, we work with purpose-driven organizations to design, scale, and measure the impact of initiatives that transform and empower vulnerable and marginalized communities around the world.

Our mission is to help change makers maximize their impact by supporting them at every step of their work, including:

  • Designing and scaling programs rooted in community needs;
  • Building impact measurement systems that are practical and drive real-time learning; and
  • Evaluating initiatives to capture the full scale of impact and compound funder and stakeholder trust.

Whether you need to assess community needs, adapt your approach, or gather evidence of your impact, our work is about more than deliverables: it's about helping mission-driven organizations thrive with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Land Acknowledgement

At Kindred Purpose Consultants, we acknowledge that our work is made possible by Indigenous lands, knowledge, and ongoing care in the past, present, and future.

In Ottawa, we work on the unceded territory of the Anishinabe Algonquin Nation, whose peoples have lived in relationship with this land since time immemorial. In St. Thomas, Ontario, we are located on the traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinabek, Attiwonderonk (Neutral), and Mississauga peoples. This area is home to the Munsee‑Delaware Nation, Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, and Oneida Nation of the Thames, and is covered by Treaty 2 (the McKee Purchase, 1790).

For us, land acknowledgement is not a formality. It is a reflection of responsibility.

As a business rooted in decoloniality, truth, and justice, we understand that our work, locally and around the world, takes place on Indigenous lands. Wherever we collaborate, we recognize ourselves as guests and commit to acting with humility, accountability, and respect for Indigenous sovereignty, lived experience, and self‑determination. We continue to learn, unlearn, and listen, recognizing that reconciliation is not a statement, but a practice, one that must shape how we lead, partner, and show up in our work every day.
