We’re not just consultants, we are co-builders of mission-driven change.
We’re not just consultants, we are co-builders of mission-driven change.
Our Story
/kindredimpactca/images/DSC00496_websize-2.jpg)
We are raising the bar for what consultancies should be, ethical, equity-driven, and emotionally intelligent. We are not here to gatekeep knowledge – we are here to share it, build capacity, and walk beside the organizations that are changing the world.
At Kindred Purpose Consultants, we strive to work with “kindred spirit organizations” whose visions and missions we believe in deeply. We not only bring our expertise to amplify kindred organizations’ impact, we bring our hearts and passion for their causes.
Our co-founders, Sarah and Doaa, met through their shared commitment to social justice and instantly connected over their unique similarities and desire to build a legacy of positive change in the world. What began as a spark between kindred spirits became a bold leap into kindred purpose, by building something better.
Together, they bring over two decades of combined experience, graduate-level education, sharp analytical skills, and a proven record of helping transform organizations from the inside out. They have worked with the Canadian Government, private companies, charities, NGOs and foundations. They have led strategy, communications, advocacy, policy, needs assessments and philanthropy and done it all with clarity, empathy, and integrity.
This is women-led consulting, done differently.
We don’t just help, we uplift.
We don’t just strategize, we transform.
And we are just getting started.
Our Vision, mission, values
A world where every nonprofit, charity, and purpose-driven business achieves transformative impact through strategic clarity, sustainable funding, and powerful storytelling and advocacy.
We empower nonprofits, charities, and purpose-driven businesses to maximize their impact by providing end-to-end expertise—from ideation and program design to funding, implementation, communication, and impact evaluation. We integrate every step of the process, ensuring alignment between strategy, communication, advocacy, and execution. Our remote-first model delivers tailored support to changemakers globally, breaking down silos and strengthening organizations at their roots.
1. Connected Strategy
We break silos by integrating every layer of nonprofit work strategy, fundraising, communications, and advocacy into one aligned roadmap. Whether local or global, our work is rooted in your context. No one-size-fits-all. Just bold, tailored solutions that move missions forward.
2. Changemaker First
We center the people doing the work. By listening deeply and co-creating solutions tailored to your mission, we build strategies that fit your reality, not a templated model.
3. Capacity That Lasts
We don’t just advise, we empower. Through training, tools, and intentional knowledge transfer, we build lasting resilience so your team can thrive long after we’re gone.
